From the capital Palma you reach in less than half an hour the fantastic region around Port d’Andratx, one of the most beautiful natural harbours in Europe. Nestling in the foothills of the Sierra Tramuntana, this particular region is captivating by its excellent climate. As the mountain range spans over the complete west coast, it protects the south-west of the island against the European winter. Port d’Andratx is an idyllic harbour which has been fortunately untroubled by the mass tourism.
