Inca is with approx. 25.000 habitants the third largest town of Majorca. The centre of the town is the parish church with its huge belfry. Inca is especially known as centre of the shoe and leather handcraft of Majorca. The shoe-trade guild here dates from the 13th century. Nowadays the shoe and leather handcraft in Inca has become an internationally appreciated industry and represents the main source of income of the town. Inca is also known for its wine-cellars, the "Cellers". You can taste here delicious wine and traditional Majorcan cuisine in wonderful old basement vaults.
The properties in Inca are thanks the amplitude of the town difficult to categorize. In the centre of the town there are many fantastic town houses in very interesting locations, right in the middle of the happenings. The outskirts of the centre are dominated by very beautiful finca's with rustic construction.
