Calvià is one of the most important municipalities of Majorca. It is situated in the South-West of the island and is only 20 driving minutes away from the airport. These geographic particularities in combination with many exclusive localities and urbanisations has made of Calvià the richest municipality of Majorca by now. Many international residents have established here and enjoy the wonderful surroundings and the mild climate, sheltered by the Tramuntana mountains.
