Real Estate in Alcudia / Mallorca

Far in the North of the island is the oldest town of Majorca: Alcúdia. Built as a Roman settlement in 123 before Christ, Alcúdia appears nowadays as a beautiful and laboriously restored small country town. Surrounded by a monumental medieval city wall which was built from 1298 on for the protection against the assaults by pirates, Alcúdia shelters today 6.000 inhabitants. The town has a particular own charm. With many open-air cafes on the Carles V square and a wonderful picturesque Old Town it lets its habitants and visitors enjoy every day.
Regions next to Alcudia are Artà, Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Millor, Pollença and Son Servera.
